YOU CAN DANCE, THE REMIXES exists because strong source material should survive being dismantled. ORNELLA, XAVIER, LUCKES and RÆKKE each take one track from RØY's original EP and pull it toward a different idea of pressure, pacing and movement. The point was never to make four harder copies of the originals. It was to let four producers reveal what they heard inside them. The result turns one release into four separate conversations while keeping RØY's writing at the centre.
