XAVIER

Xavier brings experience, judgement and a genuinely individual understanding of how far schranz can be pushed. His catalogue reaches back more than a decade, but what makes that experience relevant today is not simply longevity. Xavier has developed one of those signature sounds that becomes recognisable through choices: arrangement, rhythm, texture and the way different outside influences are absorbed into his own language.

For HTV, he represents schranz in one of its purest creative forms: repetition, movement and tension pushed until the track enters a state of trance and becomes bigger than its individual ingredients. “Nocturnal Pulse” and his later reinterpretation of RØY’s “You Can Dance” connect that experience directly with a new generation. Xavier does not preserve the genre. He stretches it until it reveals something new.
