MORISON is one of those names that quietly appears everywhere once you start paying attention to serious hard-techno production. His catalogue stretches across multiple corners of the underground, with collaborations involving artists such as Sikztah, Svetec and Withecker.

That history matters because collaboration at this level usually reflects trust between producers: people exchange stems, ideas and studio decisions because they recognise something useful in each other’s work. “Retrig” brought MORISON into Trash-Free Tracks Pt. 2 and connected HTV to that larger production network. We see him as a craftsman of the genre, someone whose catalogue demonstrates consistency rather than relying on a single breakthrough record. Hard techno needs artists like that just as much as it needs headline moments.
